The Hario V60 is high risk / high reward brewer. It requires a lot of technique, but if you’re successful, you’re rewarded with a super clean and complex cup.

Recipe: 24g coffee : 400g water
Grind: medium
Time: 3:00
1. Place V60 on mug on top of scale
2. Rinse filter & discard water
3. Evenly distribute ground coffee
4. Tare scale & start timer
5. Wet coffee evenly w/ 45g water
6. At 0:35, slowly pour 200g water
7. At 1:10, pour in spirals to 400g
8. Brew should finish at 3:00 minutes.
