French Press
Spoon
Scale w/ timer
Any old kettle
Decanter
Recipe: 40g coffee : 600g water
Grind: medium-coarse
Time: 5:00
1. Preheat w/ hot water & discard
2. Place French press on scale
3. Add freshly ground coffee
4. Tare scale & start timer
5. Pour 600g water on grounds
6. At 1:00, dunk any grinds w/ spoon
7. Place plunger on brewer
8. At 4:45, gently press the plunger
9. Pour into a decanter & stir
10. Pour decanted brew into your cup.
